Woodlands house is a perfect residential venue for weddings of up to 100 people. We love to organise your bespoke wedding.

We have a range of facilities which are ideal for residential and day functions to suite your needs, in a traditional Victorian manor house set in a beautiful 2 acres of garden.
We would be thrilled to hear of your ideas and make them the reality.
There are two double, one single, and one family rooms available at Woodlands house, sleeping up to 12 guests.
Each en-suite room is individually styled and equipped with a hot beverage-making facility, a safe, and a TV.
Full Scottish breakfast is included.
Scottish borders is renowned for the beautiful countryside and amazing roads.
We have a selection of carefully chosen routes to explore the area on your own or our fleet of cars during your stay.
We aim to provide you with the most memorable drives.
We have a collection of cars that could be hired for the self-drive tours, weddings, proms, and other special occasions.
The available cars are Mini Cooper S, BMW X5, Bentley Flying Spur, and McLaren 650s. More cars will be added to the fleet in the near future.
